For your ease, we offer multiple ways to pay a bill. Clients can pay online, in office, over the phone, or send a check in the mail. Our secure online payment processor is a quick and convenient way to make a payment.

Overpayments

If an overpayment is made on your account, you are eligible for a refund of the overpaid amount. Overpayment may occur due to duplicate payments, insurance adjustments, or billing errors. 

Processing Time

All refunds will be processed within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. 

Nonrefundable Services

Payments for completed counseling sessions are non-refundable, except in cases of billing errors or overpayments as previously disclosed.
